How I launched a business social media platform for 10K followers

The Brief
I received the brief late August, early September 2020. Kim Hoa 1 Jewellery is a jewellery retail business in Binh Duong, Vietnam since 2001. During the early period of Covid-19, the business realised the necessity in maintaining connection with their customers which lead to the idea of launching their first online platform through Facebook page, the most commonly used social media platform in Vietnam.
My responsibilities were to set up the page, graphic design, transfer the business real life aesthetic to its online identity, manage daily posts, answer customers' enquiries, and keep the Facebook page running smoothly during the first six months after launching in 28th September 2020.

How did it happen?
From Offline to Online
Selected shades of red, grey and blue that resemble the store interior and packaging in real life.
Typography and logomark are kept the same as the business's packaging as they are recognisable by customers
Stay Consistent
Products image post everyday
Maintain Availability
Set up automatic reply for business chat to greet customer and get back to them within reasonable timeframe
